Joseph Simpson is a Geotechnical Engineer based in our Auckland office, with a strong technical background and a project management and client relationship focus. Joseph has experience on a wide range of projects throughout New Zealand including residential, commercial and industrial developments with complex geotechnical requirements such as large-scale anchored retention, deep basement design, soft / liquefiable ground improvement and seismic upgrades within operational buildings.

Outside of work Joe spends his time in the mountains and ocean, enjoying ski touring, mountain biking, surfing, and rock climbing.
